Instructions to make Restaurant Style Chicken Chowmein:
  1. For Sauce, Take a bowl add all the ingredients of chowemin sauce and mix well, set aside.
  2. Boil Noodles according to package instructions I add salt and yellow food color while boiling to give a nice yellow color.
  3. Marinate chicken with all the marination ingredients and rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Julian cut all the vegetables.
  5. In a wok heat oil add crushed garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Add marinate chicken and cook on high flame until golden.
  7. Than add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Add noodles, chowmein sauce and mix well. - Lastly add spring onion, mix well.
  9. Serve hot as it is or any kind of Chinese gravy. - Enjoy!
