  3. Take 1 cup chopped palak(spinach)

  5. Make ready 1 onion chopped
  6. Get 2 green chilli
  7. Take 5-10 garlic clove
  8. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  9. Prepare 5 almonds
  10. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. Take 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  12. Take 1 bay leaf
  13. Make ready 1 whole red chilli
  14. Get 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  15. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp besan/gram flour
  17. Take 1 tsp haldi ( Turmeric)powder

  1. Blanch the palak and make a puree with the coriander leaves
  2. Take a mixture jar and add garlic ginger green chilli and almonds. Make a coarse paste
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil. Now add cumin seed add bay leaf whole red chilli and add the coarse paste. Sauté for few seconds. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent
  4. Now add coriander seeds and besan. Mix well
  5. Now add curd and mix well.add haldi powder and mix.
  6. Next add chopped palak and mutter and cook for one min
  7. Now add the palak purée mix well
  8. Lastly add the kitchen king masala and salt to taste. Boil for a min
