  5. Get 1 yellow onion
  6. Make ready Hand full of chopped basil
  7. Take 4 tbsp chopped parsley
  8. Take 2 tsp salt
  9. Get 3 tsp pepper
  10. Take 3 cloves chopped garlic
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup ketchup
  12. Get 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  13. Prepare Potatoes and carrots
  14. Get 1/2 bag baby rainbow carrots
  15. Prepare 1/2 bag small rainbow potatoes
  16. Make ready Dash white wine vinegar
  17. Get 1 tbsp olive oil
  18. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper
  19. Get 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions to make Meatloaf with Carrots and Potato's:
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Chop onions, garlic and fresh basil add to mixing bowl and stir. Rheb
  2. Add both meats, and remaining ingredients and mix with hands
  3. Cut the potatoes and baby carrots and set to side.
  4. Use a 8x12 pan and aluminum foil coat first the pan then create two smaller pans with a gap in middle as seen in picture. Split the meatloaf mix in half then add the potatoes and carrots and mix in the remaining ingredients
  5. Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 160. Internal temp must be 160.
  6. Let sit for 10 minutes then serve. You can pull the self made bread pans out and peel down to cut and serve. If additional doneness is needed on vegetables leave in oven while cooling meatloaf.
