  2. Take 2 hot italian sausage
  3. Get 4 tbsp ketchup
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp HP/A1 steak sauce
  5. Get 1 tbsp garlic powder
  6. Get 1 tbsp onion powder
  7. Get 1 egg (beaten)
  8. Take 3/4 cup bread crumbs (italian style if possible)
  9. Make ready 5 slice bacon

Steps to make Killer Meatloaf:
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients aside from the bacon.
  2. Add meat mixture to raised loaf pan. This will allow any grease and drippings to escape and avoid a soggy loaf.
  3. Cook loaf at 400℉ for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes. Remove loaf and line the top with bacon.
  5. Place bacon wrapped loaf back in the over for another 20 minutes at 400℉ or until bacon is crispy on top.
