  9. Take 1 can tomato paste
  10. Take 12 ounces beer
  11. Get 1 can black beans
  12. Make ready 1 can kidney beans
  13. Get 1 can ranch style beans
  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon black pepper
  15. Get 3 teaspoons salt
  16. Prepare 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  17. Take 2 teaspoons ground oregano
  18. Make ready 1 Tablespoon basil
  19. Make ready 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup chili powder
