  4. Mix the ingredients for the mirepoix spraying with Spray2Cook as this is done - microwave for 4 minutes. Stir in a little of the stock from the onion pan then microwave for a further 4 minutes. Stir in a little more of the stock then microwave for another 4 minutes.
  5. The cooking of the mirepoix should be done whilst cooking the sausages, which should be first, pricked all over with a fork. Broil / Grill the sausages until they are browning on all sides and cooked through. Add the sausages to the onion and stock mixture. Continue to simmer for at least 10 minutes.
