The ingredients needed to make Rotel Queso:
  1. Prepare 1 packages (32oz) Velveeta Cheese
  2. Get 1 packages (8oz) Cream Cheese
  3. Make ready 1 can (10oz) Rotel
  4. Get 1 can (10.75oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  5. Make ready 1 lb Ground Beef or Sausage

Instructions to make Rotel Queso:
  1. Brown ground beef or sausage over medium heat and then set aside.
  2. Cut up Velveeta and Cream Cheese into cubes and place in crock pot.
  3. Pour in cream of mushroom soup, stirring everything together. Put crock pot on a low setting.
  4. After about 30 minutes add in browned meat and continue to cook stirring occasionally until everything is melted and mixed together well.
  5. Serve!
