  6. Prepare 8 ounces diced green chile peppers
  7. Prepare 1/3 Cup Chili Powder
  8. Take 1 teaspoon Paparika
  9. Make ready 1 teaspoon ground Cumin
  10. Get 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  11. Make ready 28 ounces diced tomatoes w/juice
  12. Take 28 ounces Tomato Sauce
  13. Prepare 15 ounces can Chili beans w/liquid
  14. Prepare 15 ounces can Kidney beans w/liquid
  15. Get 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  16. Take 2 teaspoons Salt
  17. Prepare 1 teaspoons Pepper
  18. Prepare 1 stick Butter
  19. Take 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Steps to make Adam's Chili:
  1. Brown Beef & Sausage in big sauce pan. Then drain.
  2. Add chopped onion, Bell peppers and chiles. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Add ingredients from sauce pan to a big pot, plus rest of ingredients stirring occasionally. Bring to boil for about 5min.
  4. Add the stick of butter, and a dash of cinnamon! lower temp to low for about 3 hrs stirring every 15-30min.
