  6. Take 1/2 Teaspoon oregano Dried
  7. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper Ground
  8. Take 400 Grams Tomato Canned
  9. Prepare 1/2 Cup Water
  10. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Chilli powder
  11. Make ready 1/2 Green capsicum diced
  12. Prepare 1 clove Garlic minced
  13. Take 8 Flour Tortillas
  14. Make ready 375 Millilitres Taco enchilada sauce or
  15. Take Salt

Steps to make Sausage Enchiladas:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Fry the sausage in the oil till light golden brown.Keep it aside
  3. In the same pan, add the onion, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano and ground black pepper. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in salt, canned tomato, water, chilli powder, green capsicum and garlic.
  4. Roll even amounts of the mixture in the tortillas. Arrange in a 23x33cm baking dish. Cover with taco sauce and top with the remaining cheese. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
