  4. Make ready as needed oil to fry

  7. Make ready 1 long carrot
  8. Prepare 1 sweet potato
  9. Make ready 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Instructions to make Slaw on sausage and a burger:
  1. Remove casing from sausage. Slit partial way lengthwise but not all the way through
  2. Heat oil and fry split side down first
  3. While thats frying wash the vegetables and dry. Make noodles from the zucchini
  4. Turn the sausage it should be crispy
  5. Make noodles into the carrot. Peel the potato and make noodles into them. Add to zucchini
  6. Add mayonnaise, cheese, and vinegar. Mix and set aside
  7. Fry the burgers I made 3 patties, 1/3 pound each. Make sure to get the edges crispy.
  8. Add the slaw down the split and on top of burgers. Serve I hope you enjoy!
