  2. Heat desiccated coconut in a pan on low heat
  3. Mix condensed milk and set in a round bowl.
  4. For glass pudding- Bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat coconut water and dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar in it,mix bloomed gelatin and dissolve properly.
  6. Mix Vanilla essence and set in silicon mould in fridge for 4 hours.
  7. Melt Chcholate in microwave,Demould sweet coconut,and coat with melted chocolate,let it cool.
